Progeni's project methodology incorporates its time-proven transformation process.

Standard Strategy - Key milestones are Factory Process - Setup A and Testing - Setup B

Discovery - Study the full body of code to be converted. Produce project inventory; specify conversion strategies to handle situations identified.

Process Tooling - Convert a sample of key programs identified by the customer. Process models demonstrate the application of conversion strategies for customer verification and acceptance of the conversion method.

Factory Code Processing - Code is processed in phases. Retrofit phases reprocessing of code changed since its original submission can be accommodated.

Testing and Validation - Using automated testing tools, accomplish system / application level functional & regression testing.

Implement - turning completed system over to end-users
